Swedish Massage - $45

A traditional full-body massage with the use of lotions designed to increase circulation, relieve muscular tension and promote relaxation. It can be gentle for a relaxing, soothing effect or vigorous for a stimulating effect.

Deep Tissue Massage - $55

Designed for pre- or post-activity, this massage focuses on muscles relevant to a particular athletic activity or problem area. It is more muscle specific then the Swedish massage.

Trigger Point Therapy - $55

Specialized technique that focuses on the body's meridian points in order to improve blood circulation and lymph function. TrP techniques are sometimes considered a subcategory of myofascial release and sometimes a form of neuromuscular therapy. In addition to treating fascial restrictions, TrP techniques address hypertonic areas of muscle tissue.

Hot Stone Therapy - $55

Enter into a deeper dimension of relaxation with stone therapy. Hot basalt stones create a nurturing, healing, stress-reducing experience during this treatment.

Reflexology - $55

Relax and improve circulation with this unique pressure point technique. Pressure is applied to specific reflex points on your feet which correspond to the organs of the body, relieving energy blockages throughout your entire self.

Aromatherapy Salt Glow - $55

A special body scrub enriched with Dead Sea salts, shea and cocoa butters to gently exfoliate and soften your skin during this one-hour treatment.

Belavi Facelift Massage - $55

Facelift Massage involves a firming, lifting, contouring treatment that restores the skin's radiance while it tones the muscles. Because massage penetrates the deepest layers of the sensitive facial skin and the underlying muscles, it increases circulation and repairs the damage wrought by pollution, stress and sunlight exposure. The benefits aren't all cosmetic: Facelift massage has a deeply relaxing and therapeutic effect that can counter some medical conditions.

Cancellation Policy - 24 hours notice is required should you need to cancel. Guests who fail to do so will be charged for the full cost of all scheduled services. We provide a prenatal massage in the second or third trimester only, provided that there are no complications with the pregnancy. Please let us know at time of booking appointment if you are pregnant or if you have special needs or limitations. Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a massage.
