Joyful Passage is a very inviting and comfortable home in a quiet location near the end of a cul-de-sac with green space all around. Curl up with a good book on the chaise in the living room. Have morning coffee on the back deck. Daydream on the porch swing out front. Sit by the fireplace and choose from the many board games, puzzles and books for all age groups in the family room. OR . . . Skiing, snow tubing, hiking, biking, golfing, horseback riding and a huge water park are just minutes away!!!
There are three bedrooms and three full baths (all with tub/shower) for your family to stretch out and have some privacy. Cook in the large kitchen if you like, or indulge in the many places to eat nearby. Feel at home and leave refreshed.
There is a porch swing on the front porch and a charcoal grill & dining table and chairs are on the back deck.
Spend some time together playing a few family board games!

Stipulations:
1) The reservation must be in the name of the person whose name is on the military ID.
2) A copy of your unexpired military ID card must be submitted with your signed and initialed rental agreement to get this discount. Your rental agreement will not show the discounted amount. Military discount will be applied once your rental agreement is received in our office.
3) Military IDs received after payment has been made will not be honored for the discount.
4) This discount is given to active duty, reservists and retired military persons.
This home is available for 30+ day leases. $1750 per month rent, plus utilities. Please call 800-644-1355 for more information.
Ground level: Large, spacious living room with sectional sofa , chaise and cable TV. The dining room and large kitchen are off the living room. French doors lead out to the back deck where you will find a dining table and chairs along with a charcoal grill.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV with DVD player, and a full bathroom. A second full bathroom is in the hallway. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Bedroom three has a pyramid (twin over double) bunk bed.
Downstairs is a large family room with a stereo with a CD player and cassette player, a wooden Thomas the Train set with wood tracks & buildings!, shelves full of books, puzzles, video library for all age groups, and board games for all ages, Cable TV with DVD and VCR, Casio electric keyboard, Soft tip electronic dart board, a beautiful glass chess set on a game table and a gas log fireplace.
There is a twin-size sleeper sofa in the family room and a queen size air mattress and electric pump are tucked in a closet.
A third full bathroom and a laundry room with an iron & ironing board are also downstairs.
